A Million Thanks Inc, is a charitable non-profit corporation that the IRS has determined to be a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3), and has issued an initial ruling that A Million Thanks Inc/Wounded Soldiers Wish qualifies as a publicly supported organization (a "public charity") under sections 509(a)(1) and 170(b)(1)(A)(vi). Donations made to the organization are considered tax deductible but your accountant should be consulted.

Our organization operates on a tight budget so that over 90% of donated funds are used to assist our military men and women in a variety of ways.
