The process for sending letters has also slightly changed. Because we want to treat each drop-off location as a partner of the A Million Thanks organization, all of the shipping will be handled by your location. The costs can be offset as discussed below.

In order to accomplish the support necessary to our drop off partners, we are asking for a $25 yearly dues* donation to be a drop-off location. I’m sure you’ll find the support well worth it.  For your yearly donation you will receive the following items:

- An initial start-up packet, which will include:

• Official A Million Thanks Drop-off Location window cling for your organization to proudly display
• Certificate suitable for framing declaring your organization is an official drop-off location and supporter of A Million Thanks
• One-Sheet instruction guide on how to send the letters
• Sample completed customs form
• Letter from A Million Thanks for you to personalize for you put in each box of letters sent out

- Military addresses of those service members that have requested mail and support

- Application and guidance to hold A Million Thanks fundraisers to raise funds for postage costs.

- Information brochure about A Million Thanks with space for your name or logo

- Information on how to create a collection box for miscellaneous cash postage donations

How to become A Million Thanks drop-off location:

4. Please screen the letters for inappropriate content when the box is full
